Aqua Retreat is a lovely home situated in a quiet court, nestled between the front and back beaches of Rye. It offers ideal accommodation for a relaxing family beach holiday.

The light and airy living areas feature polished floorboards throughout. The lounge room includes a large plasma Smart TV with Optus Fetch (Platinum package), DVD player and comfortable couches. It opens onto a dining area with seating for 6 people and a fully-equipped kitchen with gas cooktop, oven, microwave, K-Fee coffee machine (guests will need to bring their own pods), fridge and dishwasher.

There are 3 bedrooms and the home can sleep up to 6 people.

  • Master bedroom - queen bed
  • Bedroom 2 - queen bed
  • Bedroom 3 - two single beds

There is a laundry with a washing machine and one bathroom with a bath.

Ducted heating and air-conditioning ensures this home is comfortable during both a summer getaway and winter escape.

The home is set within a beautiful natural garden which is peaceful and private and includes a built-in gas BBQ. There is a covered lounge area with large couches that overlook the solar heated swimming pool.

Aqua Retreat is just a short stroll from the renowned Peninsula Pantry Cafe where you can enjoy breakfasts, sweets, pastries and great coffee.

This property is only available for families or mature groups. Sorry, no schoolies.

Nightly rates from:

Off Peak: $350 per night
Shoulder: $525 per night
Peak: $525 per night
High Peak: $620 per night

Long weekends are at peak rate, except for Melbourne Cup weekend which is at shoulder rate.

Your booking will incur a one off booking fee of $40 and $1,000 refundable bond.

Bed linen and towels can be hired at an additional charge, price on application (linen is included for bookings of 7 nights or more).
