A Symphony of Sun & Sea is your own sanctuary, situated on 2 hectares (4½ acres) of privacy and relaxation.

This open plan home has been recently renovated and includes two spacious living areas, both with wall-mounted Smart TVs and one with a Sony Playstation 3. Reverse-cycle air-conditioning in both the living areas flows through the house. One living room has a wood fire and there is an open fireplace in the dining area.

The fully-equipped kitchen has a gas cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and large fridge.

There are 5 bedrooms and the home can sleep up to 12 people.

The European laundry includes a washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities.

Enjoy complete outdoor living at this home. There is a large partially covered entertaining deck with a dining table, couches, an outdoor kitchen and pizza oven. Relax beside the 12 metre long and 4 metre wide swimming pool which has its own shady deck area, seating and hanging egg chairs. The pool is solar heated between November to April, requiring the sun to be effective.

Children will be fully entertained with the basketball/netball half court, springfree trampoline and a cricket/soccer/football field complete with goal posts. There is lots of space for them to run around and explore.

At the entrance to the property is a remote control front gate with security code. Ample on-site parking space is available, including plenty of room for a boat.

This really is a holiday home with the lot.

Rye Ocean Beach is 600 metres from A Symphony of Sun & Sea. There is a good walking and bike track which runs in front of the property and ends up 2.2 kilometres away at the local back beach strip of shops. 6 kilometres away is the Rye front bay beach and shops. It is a 5 minute drive to Peninsula Hot Springs and 10 minutes to Sorrento. The Mornington Peninsula's acclaimed golf courses and many wineries are within easy reach.

This property is only available for families or mature groups. Sorry, no parties or schoolies.

Nightly rates from:

Off Peak: $800 per night
Shoulder: $1,100 per night
Peak: $1,500 per night
High Peak: $2,000 per night

Christmas / New Year is at high peak rate, the remainder of January is at peak, and weekends in September to December and February to Easter are at shoulder rate.

Your booking will incur a one off booking fee of $40 and $1,000 refundable bond.

Bed linen and towels are included for a surcharge of $325 per stay.
