Drift and Stone is a modern and beautifully presented holiday home where you can enjoy relaxed coastal living just moments from the roaring ocean beaches of Rye.

Framed by limestone and timber, this thoughtfully styled and inviting home is ideal for couples, a family or group of friends.

With its expansive wall of windows, the light-filled open plan living area is air-conditioned and features a lounge setting in front of a gas log fire with a huge TV mounted above it. The meals area consists of a dining table and practical kitchen with stone finishes and quality appliances. There is an electric cooktop, oven, microwave, Breville Nespresso coffee machine, fridge and dishwasher.

This home has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms and can sleep up to 8 people.

The living area opens onto a large covered outdoor entertaining deck. It has ceiling fans and includes a BBQ, dining table, an outdoor lounge setting and wall-mounted TV. The deck overlooks a neatly landscaped native garden with expanses of lawn and fencing for privacy. In the rear corner of the backyard is a fire pit with seating - perfect for star gazing on a clear night.

The garage offers secure parking for two cars, with additional space available on the driveway.

Drift and Stone is located within easy walking distance of the Mornington Peninsula National Park - a coastal wonderland of cliff top pathways, sand dunes, rugged coastal formations and secluded ocean beaches.

For all your shopping and dining needs, take a 4 minute drive into Rye or head to beautiful Sorrento which is only 6 minutes away. Other Mornington Peninsula attractions, including wineries, hot springs, golf courses and coastal villages are only a short drive away.
