Ohana is a superbly renovated beach house nestled within a tranquil coastal garden, located midway between the family-friendly bay beach and rugged surf beach.

The stylish open plan living space has a lovely lounge area with a comfortable couch and a large Smart TV. A dining table provides seating for 8 people. The designer kitchen has stone bench tops, gas cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, dishwasher and fridge.

French doors open onto a large covered outdoor entertaining area, complete with a gas BBQ, dining setting, outdoor shower and heating. This area extends onto a north facing open deck that looks out over the treetops and down to the garden below.

This home has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 people.

Ohana sits high on an 850m² allotment and within a private and inviting garden oasis complete with a fire pit and sitting area. Explore the multi-level gardens and winding pathways through native vegetation.

There is abundant off-street parking and even room for a boat.

Take a 1½ kilometre walk to Number 16 surf beach where there is a general store that sells coffee, fresh produce and organic goods. Stroll further along the picturesque coastal pathway that passes above breathtaking beaches and extends all the way to Sorrento and Point Nepean National Park. Head in the other direction towards St Andrews Beach and Cape Schanck. The safe swimming bay beach at Rye is within a 30 minute walk or 4 minute drive of the property.

Wineries, golf courses, Peninsula Hot Springs and the many other attractions of the Mornington Peninsula are all just a short drive away.
