Rustic Bubbles is a lovely beach home that is set behind a tall front fence, providing tranquility and privacy in a resort-style setting.

The spacious open plan living area of this home includes a large TV with Netflix, an 8 seat dining table and fully equipped kitchen with gas cooktop, wall oven, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher. This area has split-system air-conditioning which flows through the rest of the home.

There are 3 bedrooms and the home can sleep up to 7 people.

• Master bedroom - queen bed, built-in robes, TV, ceiling fan, strip heater, direct access to the bathroom
• Bedroom 2 - queen bed, built-in robes, ceiling fan, strip header
• Bedroom 3 - double bed, single trundle bed, built-in robes, strip header

The bathroom has a vanity unit, shower, bath and separate toilet.

The laundry is equipped with washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities.

The garage has been transformed into a teenager's retreat, man cave or grandparent's getaway. It includes a large TV with Netflix, Playstation 4, pool table, bar fridge and powder room. The comfortable couch can be folded out into a sofa bed to sleep two extra people if needed.

Rustic Bubbles is set on a large fully fenced block within beautiful landscaped gardens, providing plenty of space for kids to run around. The covered outdoor entertaining deck has gorgeous overhanging fairy lights, a BBQ and large dining table. It overlooks a solar heated swimming pool which is heated between November and April, requiring the sun to be effective. Next to the pool is a gazebo which is surrounded by lush tropical plants.

The long driveway provides ample room for securely parking a boat or jet ski.

Take a 10 minute walk to the local shops on the way to the ocean beach - great for a coffee, pizza or drinks. A 5 minute drive will take you to the back beach or 8 minutes to the front bay beach, the main shopping area of Rye and Peninsula Hot Springs.

This property is only available for families or mature groups. Sorry, no schoolies.

Nightly rates from:

Off Peak: $500 per night
Shoulder: $650 per night
Peak: $750 per night
High Peak: $800 per night

Christmas / New Year is at high peak rate, the remainder of January is at peak, and weekends in September to December and February to Easter are at shoulder rate.

Your booking will incur a one off booking fee of $40 and $1,000 refundable bond.

Bed linen and towels are included for a surcharge of $195 per stay.
