Sea Box is a beautifully appointed holiday home, nestled in a quiet residential area near Point Nepean National Park.

This coastal gem has interiors which echo its natural surroundings and draw inspiration from the native flora of the area, providing a perfect sanctuary amidst nature's beauty. Its blend of sophistication and contemporary design create a true home away from home.

The spacious open plan living area is flooded with natural light thanks to large windows. There is a sitting area with air-conditioning, a comfortable lounge suite and Smart TV. The dining space has a table that seats 6 people. The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher and a butler's pantry.

Folding glass doors from the living area open onto a covered outdoor lounge with a hanging basket chair, strip heating and pull-down weather blinds.

Next to the living area is a games room with a pool table.

This home has 4 bedrooms and can sleep up to 9 people.

The garden surrounding Sea Box is a private oasis. There is a solar heated pool with surrounding paving and sun lounges, all enclosed by a safety glass fence. Kids will love the playground and there is also a fire pit. Located in the far corner of the backyard is a bungalow with a sofa and large TV which is an ideal retreat for children.

Sea Box is located in a short cul de sac and opposite a bushland reserve. Take a 900 metre walk to Number 16 Beach which has spectacular rock formations, rock pools and pristine ocean sands. Explore the surrounding Mornington Peninsula National Park with its many coastal walking trails.

An 8 minute stroll away is 16 Beach General Store for great coffee and a selection of essential supplies. A 6 minute drive will take you into the town centre of Rye which has a good selection of shops and eateries. Across the road from the shops is a pier and safe swimming beach along the bay. Within a short drive are Peninsula Hot Springs, Alba Thermal Springs, several golf courses and wineries.
