Twenty Seven Geelong is a comfortable and spacious holiday home which is perfect for a family or group retreat.
At the front of the home is a bright and airy lounge room which includes comfortable couches, a TV and air-conditioning.
At the rear of the home is a second living area with a combined lounge and dining room complete with a sofa, large wood table, gas log fire and TV. This area flows into a kitchen fully equipped with a gas cooktop, wall oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge and dishwasher.
This home has 4 bedrooms and can sleep up to 9 people.

At the rear of the home is a covered entertaining deck complete with a dining table and gas BBQ. Within the established garden are areas of lawn and a trampoline.
The property is fully fenced and has a secure front gate, providing plenty of on-site parking for multiple cars and a boat.
Across the road is Barwon Heads Village Park which is a large recreation reserve with sports ovals, tennis courts, skate park, playground and walking tracks. Take an 8 minute stroll to the Barwon River or a 13 minute walk to the sandy river beach. A 10 minute walk will take you into the heart of Barwon Heads for shopping and dining options.
